Homes NSW is seeking a Client Service Officer – Housing & Homelessness to support tenants, applicants and services. You will work directly with clients in their homes, at the service counter, and in the community to deliver housing assistance tailored to client needs.

The role emphasizes empathy, resilience, and high-quality customer service, with opportunities for learning, development and internal career progression.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Visit tenants in homes and support tenancy-related issues including arrears and property care.
• Assist clients at counters, over the phone, and in the community to access housing assistance.
• Collaborate with SHS, housing providers, and internal teams to ensure appropriate support.
• Match applicants to housing opportunities and manage offers and allocations.
• Respond to enquiries via phone, online channels and service counters.
