Cadena hotelera in Palma, Mallorca, seeks a qualified Housekeeping Training Specialist for a 9-month interim assignment. You will oversee housekeeping standards across the chain’s hotels and ensure consistent training delivery from the central operations hub in Palma.

The role requires a Background in Rooms Division with hands-on leadership in training, plus proficiency in Opera Cloud and a valid driving licence. This is a full-time temporary contract across the network properties.

Formación

• Completion of Higher Vocational Training degree or equivalent in Housekeeping and Rooms Division.
• Minimum 10 years of proven experience in hotel housekeeping management or training.
• Proficiency with Opera Cloud PMS.
• Valid category A driving licence.

Responsabilidades

• Implementing, monitoring, and updating corporate housekeeping standards.
• Supervising the correct application of operational manuals across the chain's hotels.
• Driving continuous improvement in daily operational procedures and service delivery.
