Summary:

As a Housekeeping Supervisor at Nobu Hotel, you will lead and coordinate daily departmental operations, ensuring guest rooms, public areas, and service zones meet high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and maintenance. Your goal is to reflect Nobu's excellence through strategic team management and flawless execution of operational details.

Responsibilities:

1. Room Supervision: Inspect rooms daily for cleanliness, order, presentation, amenities, and equipment compliance.
2. Resource Management: Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies, linen, and amenities, ensuring stock levels are maintained.
3. Maintenance and Quality: Report technical issues, manage incident reports via Hub OS, and follow up on resolutions.
4. Material Care: Oversee proper use and maintenance of work materials and uniforms.
5. Operational Support: Participate in daily operations, support VIP stays, and manage special guest requirements.
6. Interdepartmental Coordination: Coordinate with Front Desk on room changes, departures, and guest requests.
7. Pantry and Linen Management: Supervise pantry tidiness and linen processes with discretion.
8. Training and Leadership: Promote staff training, evaluate performance, and foster a culture of excellence.
9. Monthly Closing: Contribute to departmental analysis, reporting, and improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Secondary school certificate or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within luxury or lifestyle hotels.
• Fluent Spanish and intermediate-high English skills, both spoken and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and email; familiarity with Hub OS and Opera is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and leadership qualities.
• Professional grooming in line with Nobu standards.
