Celebrity Cruises is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee public areas day and night, the Crew area and pool areas on board. The role requires maintaining high standards per Safety, Quality and Environmental guidelines and coordinating with supervisors for smooth operations.

Applicants should have at least two years of guest-facing service in a luxury setting, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a polished, welcoming appearance. English knowledge is essential; Spanish is a plus.

Formación

• 2+ years guest-facing service experience in a luxury environment.
• Education equivalent to high school diploma or equal training/experience.
• Confident, well-groomed appearance with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
• Ability to fulfil responsibilities and all reasonable company requests.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee assigned areas: public areas day/night, Crew area, and Pool area.
• Ensure duties align with Company's Safety, Quality and Environmental standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or management.

Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing their assigned areas - public areas day/night, Crew area, and Pool area.

Employees may be required to perform any other job-related duties assigned by their supervisor or management. All duties and responsibilities are to be performed in accordance with the Company's Safety, Quality and Environmental standards.

HIRING REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of two (2) years guest facing service experience in a luxury environment.
• Combination of education equivalent to high school diploma or any other source of education, training or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• Confident, well-groomed appearance with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
• Ability to fulfil the above-mentioned Key Responsibilities and all reasonable company requests.

LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS

• Good knowledge of the English language is required. Ability to speak additional languages such as Spanish, preferred.
