The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for the operational management of all Housekeeping functions. They may be assigned to manage accommodation areas or oversee Public areas during day/night shifts, Crew areas, or Pool areas. This position provides direct support to the Assistant Housekeeping Manager and Housekeeping Manager to ensure the division’s objectives are met and that daily operations in Accommodation, Pool, Public, and Crew areas are maintained to standard.
The Housekeeping Supervisor understands the importance of delivering exceptional service to ensure guest and team satisfaction while providing strong leadership to all team members.
