Responsibilities:

Management and supervision of domestic staff (cleaning, cooking, gardening, maintenance, etc.).

Coordination of purchases, suppliers, and external services.

Oversight of the general condition of the house and organization of preventive and corrective maintenance.

Support in organizing events and the stays of the owners and their guests.

Inventory control, household supplies, and purchases.

Management of the household budget and periodic expense reporting.

It is necessary:

Proven experience as a House Manager or in a similar role in high-end households.

High level of Spanish and English (other languages, specially German, are a plus).

Excellent organizational and management skills.

Leadership and staff management capabilities, including employees and subcontractors.

Discretion, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed.

A valid driver’s license is essential, as pick-up and escorting tasks will be required.
