A global company, Kenes Group is seeking a highly organized individual to join their Hotel Operations Team. The role involves managing hotel reservations, maintaining supplier relations, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will have experience in the tourism and hotel industry, strong organizational skills, and fluency in English.

Formación

  • Minimum 1 year experience in Hotels, Tourism, Travel, or Professional Events industry.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in other European languages is a plus.
  • Experience with hotel rates and concepts is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

  • Provide excellent customer support for all Kenes group clients.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and skillful person to join our international Hotel Operations Team. This includes providing assistance and managing the entire hotel booking cycle for individuals as well as communicating with all parties involved in the process.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer support for all Kenes group clients
  • Handle all hotel reservations including operations, payments, billing, invoicing, amendments, cancellations, etc.
  • Update Kenes online allotment systems with necessary data
  • Communicate efficiently daily with external global suppliers, negotiate rates and deadlines
  • Maintain close working relationships with global Kenes departments, project teams, outside suppliers such as hotels, local agents, wholesalers, pharmaceutical companies, and travel agencies worldwide
  • Maintain flexibility for working hours

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree – advantage
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Hotels, Tourism, Travel, or Professional Events industry
  • Knowledge of rates and concepts in the hotel industry – advantage
  • Fluent English, verbal and written; proficiency in other European languages – advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask before/during a congress, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines
  • Highly service-oriented
  • Excellent team player, able to work independently
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
