Hotel General Manager – Relocate to Panama, Spanish Speaking – Up to $60k

We’re partnering with a unique luxury resort group with properties across Panama, emphasizing beautiful design, culture, and unforgettable experiences. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned, bilingual (Spanish and English) General Manager who excels in high-end, experiential environments and is passionate about leading dynamic teams in remote, distinctive locations.

The Role:

The General Manager will oversee all daily operations of the resort, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, smooth team functioning, and high service standards throughout the year. They will lead a team of 25–40 staff, managing various departments and driving operational efficiency and team development.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Fluent in both Spanish and English
  • Proven experience in hotel or resort leadership, preferably in remote or international settings
  • Hands-on management style with a willingness to be involved in all operational areas
  • Strong leadership and team development skills, capable of motivating and managing a diverse team
  • Guest-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
  • Willingness to relocate and embrace the remote resort lifestyle
