Job summary

Kimpton Vividora Barcelona, part of IHG Hotels & Resorts, seeks Assistant Finance Manager to lead daily financial operations, reporting to the Cluster Director of Finance, and partner with hotel leadership in Barcelona.

The role combines hands-on financial management with strategic insight, overseeing month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, controls, and cross‑functional collaboration to enhance profitability and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel finance, supervisory role or readiness to step into Assistant Finance Manager position.
• Strong knowledge of hotel accounting, financial reporting, controls, budgeting, forecasting and cash management.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end closing activities and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting.
• Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and resolution of outstanding items.
• Review financial performance and provide variance analysis.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and business planning.
• Act as a trusted financial business partner to hotel leadership.
