Your Role at Weekendesk
  1. Benchmark and create a database of new hotels according to our specifications.
  2. Recruit new hotel partners and activity centers to expand our website offer, following the procurement plan.
  3. Support the Marketing department with campaigns.
  4. Assist the sales team with daily needs.
  5. Identify top destinations and focus on the business plan.
  6. Meet KPIs and objectives.
  7. Conduct cold calls to hotels to establish partnerships.
  8. Ensure compliance with agreements.
  9. Negotiate packages and offers for the website.
  10. Perform quality checks on website content.
  11. Manage contracts to deliver new products promptly, maintaining high quality year-round.

Candidate Profile
  • Native in Spanish, high level in English; Italian is a plus.
  • At least 3 years as a Business Developer in travel.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce and hotels sector.

  • Available for trips and fairs.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, open-mindedness, and a competitive spirit.
