Our boutiques are at the core of our business, and our desire is always to provide exceptional client experience. We are looking for a Client Experience Host to act as the boutique’s main point of contact for our clients on the shop floor and to support the retail teams with seamless hospitality in boutique.


Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting and hosting responsibilities for clients.
  • Providing personalised service to clients organising the ultimate hospitality around appointments.
  • Meet clients as they arrive, understanding and anticipating their needs and how to assist them.
  • Ensure optimal use of queue management system.
  • Working closely with the FAs on knowing their clients and supporting them to execute a successful appointment, coaching them on the finer details that matter.
  • Soft concierge duties – supporting arranging transport, local hospitality reservations, recommendations as appropriate.
  • In-depth knowledge of boutique policies, procedures, and client services.
