Formación

• 5–10 years of experience in cost management, quantity surveying, or project controls.
• Preferably in hospitality or real estate development.
• Fluent in English, with Greek and/or Spanish preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and maintain project cost plans and budgets.
• Monitor budget performance and identify variances.
• Assist in evaluation and negotiation of contractor proposals.
• Lead the change management process for project variations.
• Prepare regular cost reports and ensure compliance with cost management policies.
