DestinationBCN offers 20 stylish apartment suites and 7 inviting rooms in the center of Barcelona, captivating clientele with a love for contemporary design and lifestyle items. We have the following shifts:

09:30-17:30, 12:30-20:30, and 16:00-00:00

The job involves the following aspects:

  1. Quality control: Coordinating and supervising the cleaning team and maintenance providers to ensure apartments are spotless and in perfect condition. Any malfunctions must be addressed immediately. The presentation of the apartments must be impeccable.
  2. Checking in guests and customer relationship management: Welcoming guests, explaining domestic appliances and apartment features, and providing personal tips on places of interest, restaurants, and other insights. Addressing questions, resolving issues, and managing guest queries during their stay.
  3. Office management, business development, and assistant general management: Supporting the general manager in coordinating daily operations to maximize profitability, guest satisfaction, and efficiency. Managing bookings and expenses. Maintaining communication with guests before, during, and after their stay. Developing organizational systems, organizing office layout, and maintaining supplies of stationery, cleaning products, and merchandise.

We seek a hands-on, proactive, meticulous individual with excellent communication skills and up-to-date knowledge of Barcelona’s restaurant culture, arts & architecture, design, and places to visit.
