Shiji Group is seeking a motivated Product Manager/Product Owner to join our SaaS hospitality team in Barcelona. You will shape product strategy and backlog, translating complex requirements into deliverable user stories and epics.

Collaborate with engineering, UX, and data teams to deliver intuitive dashboards, survey tooling, and AI-assisted workflows. You’ll drive agile ceremonies, define acceptance criteria, and ensure on-time releases while aligning with guest data privacy and industry

Formación

• Proven experience as Product Manager or Product Owner in SaaS/B2B software.
• Turn ambiguous problems into structured plans and requirements.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Solid agile practice with backlog management and sprint support.
• Excellent communication with engineering, design, and stakeholders.
• Experience with Jira, Monday.com, Miro, or similar tools.
• Experience managing a multi-product or multi-module portfolio.

Responsabilidades

• Decompose roadmap initiatives into epics, user stories, and sprint-ready tasks.
• Own and manage a prioritized product backlog based on value, feasibility, and dependencies.
• Drive sprint planning and execution with engineering and ensure well-defined stories.
• Lead agile ceremonies: refinement, stand ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives.
• Define acceptance criteria and validate outcomes before release.
• Partner with UX/UI to deliver dashboards and survey tooling.
• Work closely with engineering to deliver on time and manage scope.
• AI-assisted product management: ideation, requirements writing, research and Jira scaffolding.
• Apply critical judgment to AI outputs and identify AI opportunities in product/process.
• Communicate roadmap progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
• Gather and prioritize customer feedback and ensure alignment with strategy.
• Ensure guest data privacy and compliance for hospitality.
• Participate in cross-product integration decisions.
