Hyde Hotel Ibiza offers an internship opportunity as part of Mondrian & Hyde Ibiza. You will support the Director General and assist across administrative, guest relations, and operations tasks in a dynamic hospitality environment.

The program targets students enrolled in Hospitality Management or related fields, with fluent English and Spanish. Accommodation is included, and the internship includes a final project presentation to Excom & Heads of Departments.

Formación

• Enrollment in a Hospitality Management or related program.
• Strong written and spoken English and Spanish.
• Good verbal and written communication with colleagues and guests.

Responsabilidades

• Administrative Support: assist in scheduling meetings, managing emails, and calls for the Director General.
• Documentation and Filing: maintain organized records and files.
• Guest Relations: greet guests, handle inquiries, and assist with guest services.
• Assistance in Operations: support in front desk, inventory, and multi-department liaison.
• Data Entry and Analysis: assist with data entry and basic analysis.
• Event Coordination: help organize events, meetings, and conferences.
• General Office Assistance: support the Director General and staff, run errands.
