Formación

• Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en roles senior en hospitalidad, protocolo, eventos o relaciones públicas.
• Experiencia en gestión de equipos y coordinación interdepartamental.
• Fluido en español e inglés; el catalán es un plus.

Responsabilidades

• Definir e implementar la estrategia de hospitalidad de la bodega alineada con la marca.
• Supervisar todas las visitas de los huéspedes de alto nivel.
• Diseñar y liderar experiencias exclusivas y eventos para clientes y coleccionistas.

On behalf of our client, a renowned winery with international projection, we are looking for a Hospitality Director to lead the design and execution of premium visitor experiences at the estate. The ideal candidate will ensure that every guest experience reflects the brand’s identity and values, contributing strategically to positioning, loyalty, and relationship-building.

Main Responsibilities

• Define and implement the winery’s hospitality strategy in alignment with the brand.
• Lead and supervise all aspects of high-end guest visits: from logistics and communication to space preparation and hosting.
• Coordinate with internal departments (marketing, sales, winemaking) to ensure seamless execution.
• Promote continuous improvement by tracking visits and identifying opportunities for innovation.
• Design and lead exclusive experiences and events for private clients, collectors, and high-value guests.
• Represent the winery in key institutional and brand events.

Profile Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in senior roles in hospitality, protocol, events, or public relations.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• High attention to detail, aesthetic sensitivity, and service orientation.
• Experience managing teams and coordinating across departments.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; Catalan is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office/design software.
• Degree in hospitality, tourism, public relations, or related fields.
• Knowledge of wine culture and viticulture is highly valued.
