Your role

We are seeking a creative and detail-driven Hospitality Creative Designer with a deep passion for Food & Beverage (F&B) and lifestyle hospitality brands to join our corporate team in Barcelona.

This is not your typical graphic design role. You’ll be at the forefront of shaping the visual identity and storytelling across our restaurants, bars, hotels, and serviced apartments, ensuring every guest touchpoint embodies our distinctive hospitality DNA.

You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, branding, F&B and operational teams to bring our diverse brands to life through eye-catching graphics, creative campaigns, and engaging content, both online and offline.

Your Journey

• Lead Visual Branding: Develop and maintain comprehensive brand voice guidelines, covering both conceptual and executional aspects across all F&B outlets and other hospitality assets. This includes logos, color palettes, menu suites, signage, packaging, uniforms, and more.
• Create eye-catching visual assets for seasonal campaigns, special events, promotions, and culinary activations in different channels.
• Design and develop visually compelling marketing materials across all business lines—including hotels, apartments, and new concepts—such as in-room collaterals, keycard designs, wayfinding signage, seasonal campaigns, and digital assets.
• Deliver high-quality digital assets (social media, email marketing, websites) and print materials (F&B menus, collaterals, brochures, posters, vinyls, POS displays).
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and guest experience expectations.
• Contribute to video editing and motion design for social content, brand storytelling, and promotional campaigns.
• Oversee the end-to-end print production process, preparing files, liaising with suppliers, and ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously across business lines.
• Work closely with F&B, marketing, operations, and external creative partners (photographers, printers, external agencies, web designers, and other creative partners as needed.
• Contribute fresh ideas in brainstorming sessions for new restaurant openings, hotel launches, and seasonal activations.

What Do You Bring To Your Trip

• Designing of F&B concepts experience is a must: Minimum of 3 years of experience working on design projects and visual concepts for F&B brands or the hospitality sector (restaurants, bars, food delivery, etc.).
• Print production knowledge: You know how to prepare print-ready files, select materials and finishes, and manage supplier communications effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Detail-oriented and team player.
