Do you want to join our team?

Rol: This role is part of our ADAS software development project for one of the largest automotive manufacturers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Test Coordination & Implementation
  • Track test sheet deliveries from the system team.
  • Develop and debug CAPL-based test scripts in the Vector CANoe environment.
  • Validate tests on HIL (Hardware-in-the-Loop) benches.
  • Generate validation reports and meet project deadlines.
  • Project Communication & Coordination
  • Provide weekly progress reports.
  • Prepare for Quality Gates and software release acceptance.
  • Coordinate debug sessions with external suppliers.
  • Participate in bug reviews and backlog grooming with the project team.
  • Team & Process Management
  • Monitor task progress via Kanban, Jira.
  • Estimate and track team workload.
  • Actively participate in SAFe Agile ceremonies (e.g., PI planning, sprints, retrospectives).

Required Knowledge & Skills:

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Vector CANoe and CAPL scripting.
  • Experience with Lauterbach TRACE32 for debugging.
  • Familiarity with DDT2000 for flashing/configuration.
  • Configuration of Vector tool environments.
  • Scripting with Bash.
  • Version control using Git, GitLab (CI/CD pipelines).

Tools & Collaboration Platforms

  • Jira, Confluence, SharePoint for agile and document collaboration.
  • Microsoft Excel for reporting or data handling.

Languages

  • Fluent in Spanish and English (both written and spoken).

Soft Skills

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and creativity.
  • Strong coordination skills in multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Computer Engineering or Telecommunications.
  • Scrum certification (Scrum Master or Product Owner) is a plus.

Good to Have / Bonus:

  • General understanding of ADAS features (like ACC, LKA, AEB, etc.).
  • Experience working directly with automotive OEMs or Tier-1 suppliers.
