Job summary

AECOM is seeking a skilled Civil Infrastructure PM/DM to lead our rail-focused design teams in a dynamic consultancy setting. The candidate will oversee complex design processes, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure delivery within time and budget constraints.

Ideal applicants have extensive PM/DM experience in civil infrastructure, particularly rail, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• +10 years of experience in civil infrastructure projects, focusing on Rails.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design process for civil infrastructure projects, focusing on Rail from planning to execution.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams and foster collaboration.
• Coordinate with EC offices for Multidisciplinary and multicentre projects.
• Oversee design stages from concept to delivery, monitor progress and adjust as needed.
• Identify risks in the design phase and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with AECOM’s quality standards and client specifications.
• Manage design budgets and optimize resource allocation.
