We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to provide direct support to our Managing Director in daily administrative and operational tasks.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of recent experience in related functions, training in international trade or relevant fields, and a high level of English with French language skills desirable.

Your Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support : Provide comprehensive support to the Managing Director in daily administrative and operational tasks, including managing schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Reporting and Presentations : Assist in preparing reports and presentations as required.
  • Organizational Tasks : Perform other administrative and organizational tasks as required.
  • Supplier Management : Manage purchasing, import documentation, samples, and incidents with suppliers.
  • Database Maintenance : Update internal databases with order details.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Experience : At least 2 years of recent experience in related functions.
  • Education : Training in international trade or relevant fields.
  • Languages : High level of English; French language skills desirable.
  • Skillset : Strong organizational and multitasking skills, proactive and detail-oriented mindset.
