This role requires expertise in project management methodologies (PMBOK), effective leadership, and communication skills, along with the ability to navigate complex international projects.

Formación

• Proficient in English (B2-C1 level).

Electrical Substations Project Leader Opportunity

Experience a new career challenge as an Electrical Substations Project Leader, leading electrical substation projects with a voltage equal to or greater than 220KV. Your expertise will be essential in directing, planning, executing, controlling, and closing these high-voltage projects.

• Comprehensive execution and coordination of all project life cycle phases, from the bidding phase and preliminary design to the construction, commissioning, and formal project handover, including stakeholder coordination.
• Manage human resources and lead a multidisciplinary international team effectively.
• Participate in contractor and supplier selection, contracting, and administration processes.
• Develop and manage project budgets, generating cost reports required by senior management.
• Full responsibility for creating and maintaining detailed project schedules.
• Ensure strict compliance with established quality standards throughout project activities.
• Implement and supervise health and safety plans according to corporate culture.
• Comply with environmental regulations and promote sustainable practices throughout the project life cycle.
• Proactively identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans.

Key Responsibilities :

Deliver comprehensive project leadership with extensive knowledge of HV equipment, electrical protections, and SCADA systems. Apply recognized project management methodologies (PMBOK) and hold PMP certification or equivalent. Possess excellent leadership skills, effective communication, and conflict resolution under pressure. Maintain proficiency in English (B2-C1 level). Travel abroad based on project demands.
