Community Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Community Engagement Specialist to manage our global social media presence and lead trainings for our business units.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage our company's social media accounts, analyzing and categorizing posts.
  • Develop and conduct workshops on social customer care for our teams.
  • Provide end-to-end support for Sprinklr and Meta Business platforms.
  • Coordinate customer management processes across departments.
  • Create reports on social media activities and provide recommendations for community engagement strategies.

Requirements :

  • University degree or equivalent.
  • Over 4 years of experience in relevant roles.
  • Native English proficiency and fluency in Spanish, with German as an asset.
  • Familiarity with Sprinklr and Sprinklr service module, as well as Meta Business.
  • Proven experience in customer service, including organic and paid campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
