We are seeking an exceptional Senior OpenText Asset Manager to join our team. This is a key role that requires a strong background in software engineering, expertise in ITIL processes and IT Service Management best practices.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing developments and 3rd Level support to our platform, maintaining the platform and its infrastructure, and being the primary contact for technical issues and OpenText internal development requests from stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities :

• Provide developments and 3rd Level support to our platform
• Maintain the platform and its infrastructure
• Be the primary contact for technical issues and OpenText internal development requests from stakeholders
• Develop stories for our Platform and onsite support, electronic workplace, infrastructure, networking and telecom teams
• Write test cases
• Track Release status together with Release Management

About You :

• At least 5 years of experience as OpenText Asset Manager Engineer and Administrator
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Strong background in software engineering
• Expertise in ITIL processes and IT Service Management best practices
• Good English level (C1) to work with international teams
