Una empresa innovadora busca un Gerente de Cuentas de Atención de Alta Agudeza para liderar las ventas de soluciones digitales en la región de Iberia. En este papel, serás responsable de construir y mantener relaciones sólidas con los clientes, asegurando una comunicación efectiva y la integración de servicios. Se espera que tengas una licenciatura o un diploma de secundaria con experiencia relevante, además de habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación excepcionales. Formación

  • Experiencia básica en ventas y ventas digitales directas requerida.

Job Description Summary:

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Team responsible for sales of GE Digital solutions to external customers and other GE businesses.
  2. Broadening knowledge of own sales territory, product lines, markets, sales processes or customer groups to execute policy/strategy. Still acquiring higher level knowledge and skills.
  3. Basic understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. Good understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
  4. May have some autonomy to make decisions within a defined framework. Resolves issues in situations that require commercial knowledge and judgment within established procedures. Consults more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters.
  5. A job at this level requires good interpersonal skills. Communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered. For customer facing roles, develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and GE. Explains technical information to others.

Required Qualifications:

  1. For roles outside of the USA: This role requires basic experience in the Sales & Digital Sales Direct. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
  2. For roles in the USA: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)).

Desired Characteristics:

  1. Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
