Job Purpose: As a Sales Development Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with businesses that have the potential to become future customers or are already part of our client's ecosystem. Your mission is to support these businesses in overcoming challenges and achieving their goals. Collaborating with an industry-leading demand generation team, you will connect with prospects who have shown interest through their marketing content, providing insights and meaningful conversations to demonstrate how the solutions can contribute to their success.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  1. You actively build your personal brand and professional presence, including leveraging social media platforms.
  2. You take a curiosity-driven approach to opportunities, combining business insight with a strong desire to engage customers.
  3. You establish rapport quickly and easily with customers.
  4. You use insights to craft questions that uncover customer needs while applying active listening techniques.
  5. You are eager to understand customers' strategic goals, challenges, and KPIs, with a solid grasp of how our solutions can positively impact their business.
  6. You are highly motivated, goal-oriented, and enjoy working as part of a team.
  7. You are resilient and have a results-driven mindset.
  8. Fluency in Spanish and a professional level of English are essential, while knowledge of Portuguese, Catalan, or any other regional Spanish language is a plus.

Key Performance Metrics: Delivery of qualified opportunities, contribution to annual recurring revenue (ARR) growth, and new customer acquisition. Initial onboarding and training will require 5 days in the office and thereafter will revert to hybrid working (3 days office & 2 work from home).
