Grifols S.A. is seeking a Trainee to join the Global HEOR & RWE department. A six-month, Global HEOR & RWE Trainee program during which the full-time Global HEOR & RWE employee will gain knowledge of and proficiency in Health Economics and Outcomes Research and Real World Evidence generation in the biopharmaceutical arena. At the conclusion of the program the employee will have acquired a broad understanding of the biopharmaceutical industry and the work conducted by a Global HEOR & RWE group to support the needs within a typical biopharma company.

What your responsibilities will be

• The Global HEOR & RWE trainee will work on projects within a chosen disease area/s together with researchers within the Global HEOR & RWE group.
• Projects will include typical HEOR & RWE studies within the Biopharmaceutical industry aligned with many other stakeholders within the company.
• The trainee will support current projects and begin to design, manage, and report on those and new studies.
• The individual will have the opportunity to support HEOR and RWE projects that may lead to abstracts/manuscripts for publication. Grifols follows ICMJE authorship guidelines.

• You hold a Bachelor's degree in a Healthcare or Medical field, preferably.
• You are Master's student in Health Economics, Epidemiology, or related fields.
• Professional/advanced level of English.
• You consider yourself a proactive person, eager to learn, with strong communication skills.
• Advanced in office tools (Excel, Word, etc.).
