Job Description:

We are looking for an IT Helpdesk technician for an international leader in the field of medical and safety technology. Main task is to solve IT incidences, perform password resets and provide our customer's employees with technical solutions.

Responsibilities:

  1. Log call details onto case management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA to customer.
  2. Incident / Request Ownership.
  3. Solve technical requests/ incidents.
  4. Follow progress / close service requests to a satisfactory conclusion on call management system.
  5. Proactively update internal employees with status and resolution progress.
  6. Monitor / progress all open queries in queue.
  7. Escalate potential service issues to correct responsible level.
  8. Ensure contractual SLA is maintained.
  9. Achieve an excellent customer satisfaction level.

What we offer:

  1. Full time and long-term contract 39hrs/week
  2. Salary: 17,858.40 Euros gross/year + up to 3,000 Euros in bonus
  3. Schedule: Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00h with occasional shifts in weekends

Requirements:

  1. Native level of Chinese and fluent in English
  2. Good IT knowledge
  3. Microsoft Windows environment literate

  6. Excellent customer care knowledge and awareness
  7. Flexibility with the rotating working hours
  8. Excellent communication skills
