Helpdesk Agent French+English based in Tenerife

We are seeking energetic, vibrant Level 1 Helpdesk agents to work in a new and expanding flagship center located in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain.
Responsibilities
- Interact with customers via telephone, email, and web, providing technical support and problem-solving abilities.
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize customer problems and complaints.
- Analyze customer problems and formulate resolution plans.
- Assist in identifying resolution gaps at the helpdesk and contribute to knowledge base submissions.
- Evaluate new services, processes, and technologies introduced at the helpdesk.
- Participate in departmental training activities, including training programs for new technologies, procedures, and customer service improvements.
- Work with departmental staff to promote and maintain strong customer service values.
- Escalate unresolved issues to support leads or the designated (Client) service group.
Requirements
- Mandatory: Fluent in French (C1-C2) and English (B2). Valuable: Upper intermediate Spanish.
- Basic PC skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Availability to work in shifts: 7x24, 40 hours per week, 5 days a week. Rotating hours: 7 am to 3 pm, 3 pm to 11 pm, 11 pm to 7 am, with legally mandated breaks.
- Experience in Organization Development: Service Orientation, Insight, Proactive Cooperation.
- Basic understanding of group dynamics and team development principles.
- Basic Business Development skills: Results Focused, Initiative.
- Customer-oriented attitude.

- Full-time employment: 40 hours/week, Monday to Sunday, with 5 working days.
- Work environment in a multicultural and dynamic setting.
- Availability to work in shifts: 7x24, 40 hours per week, 5 days per week. Rotating hours: 7 am to 3 pm, 3 pm to 11 pm, 11 pm to 7 am, with breaks as per law.
- Language requirements: English B2 or higher, French C1-C2.
