The position emphasizes strong technical background and user-centric design, with English and Spanish communication. The role offers a hybrid work model in Madrid (3–4 days onsite) and a competitive salary based on experience.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management.
• Strong technical background, possibly from a developer/engineer.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies.
• Healthcare/healthtech experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in line with company goals.
• Translate complex problems into simple, user-friendly solutions for patients and professionals.
• Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery to delivery and iteration.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, operations, and data to ship impactful products.
• Advocate for Agile practices and technical excellence across the team.
• Monitor trends in AI and digital health to drive innovation.
