Qualifikationen

• Experience leading change management for large-scale digital or healthcare transformation.
• Strong consulting background with proven stakeholder engagement skills.
• Expertise with change management frameworks (Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, ACMP, APMG).
• Ability to translate complex changes into adoption actions.
• Native Spanish and professional‑level English.

Aufgaben

• Lead the Change Management workstream across complex healthcare transformation programs.
• Define enterprise-wide change strategies aligned with project objectives.
• Conduct organizational impact assessments across processes, roles and culture.
• Oversee change management roadmap through all project phases.
• Design stakeholder engagement for executives, clinicians, and admins.
• Own communications strategy, channels, feedback and governance.
• Lead change management workshops and adoption activities.
• Build networks of champions and reference users for adoption.
• Define training frameworks and coordinate large-scale delivery.
• Monitor readiness, adoption metrics, and reporting dashboards.
• Ensure alignment with other teams and contractual deliverables.
