Job summary

Qualifications

• Native French speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings, meetings, internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.
• Additional tasks include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow up on their participation; create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to maximize participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors using different communication channels and arguments.
