Eurest in Madrid is seeking French-native and English-speaking professionals to recruit doctors for our market research studies. You will manage doctor engagement, outreach, and follow-ups from our Madrid Production Hub.

The role emphasizes precise communication, documentation, and translations when needed. Multinational experience is a plus; office-based position with regular trainings and internal communications.

Qualifications

• French native speaker required (FR).
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations of text passages.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
