Job summary

Único Hotels in Madrid is seeking a French-speaking recruiter to join our Madrid Production Hub. You will recruit doctors, invite them to market research studies, and drive engagement among a panel of healthcare professionals.

The role requires French as a native language with good English for trainings and internal communications, plus exceptional attention to detail, organization, and professional telephone/email communication. Multinational experience is a plus.

Qualifications

French native speaker required (FR).
Good working English for trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
Analytical skills; experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.
Further tasks include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations.

Responsibilities

Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
