Information about the position

As a Health & Safety Coordinator, you will design and implement policies related to health and safety at logistics facilities and improve employee working conditions. You will ensure compliance with HSE regulations, considering the company's performance. We seek a proactive and agile candidate to help build our multinational H&S management system and tools.

This role offers the opportunity to shape our H&S practices and collaborate with a dynamic team to develop and implement solutions. The position is based near one of our warehouses in Torrejon Madrid.

Responsibilities

1. Conduct safety risk analyses (internal and external)
2. Create awareness tools (training materials, signage, equipment guides)
3. Organize preventive actions (e.g., fire drills) and propose solutions
4. Implement measurement tools and indicators to mitigate risks
5. Verify installations and compliance through site visits
6. Manage accident response, investigation, and corrective actions
7. Respond to regulatory requests and prepare technical and administrative documents
8. Draft reports summarizing data and risk scenarios

Candidate profile

• Experience in risk assessment and H&S regulations
• Knowledge of auditing activities
• Ability to develop and implement H&S procedures
• Strong facilitation, empathy, adaptability, and listening skills
• Effective communication in Spanish and English
• Willingness to travel internationally
