Information about the position

As a Health & Safety Coordinator, you will design and implement policies related to health and safety at logistics facilities and improve employee working conditions. You will ensure compliance with HSE regulations within the company while considering its performance. We seek a proactive and agile candidate to help build a multinational H&S management system and related tools in our fast-evolving organization.

This role offers the opportunity to shape our H&S practices and collaborate with a dynamic team to create and implement solutions. The position is based near one of our warehouses in Torrejón Madrid.

Responsibilities

1. Conduct internal and external safety risk analyses
2. Design awareness tools (training materials, signage, guides) to enhance HSE procedures
3. Organize preventive actions (fire drills, etc.) and propose solutions for issues
4. Implement measurement tools and indicators to mitigate risks
5. Verify installations and compliance through site visits
6. Manage accident response, investigations, and corrective actions
7. Respond to regulatory authorities' requests and prepare technical and administrative documents
8. Draft reports summarizing data and risk scenarios

Candidate profile

• Experience in risk assessment and H&S regulations
• Knowledge of auditing activities
• Ability to develop and implement H&S procedures
• Strong facilitation, empathy, adaptability, and listening skills
• Effective communication skills in Spanish and English
• Willingness to travel internationally
