Information about the position

As a Health & Safety Coordinator, you will design and implement company policies related to health and safety at logistics facilities and improve employee working conditions. You will ensure compliance with HSE regulations, considering company performance. We seek a proactive, agile candidate to help build a multinational H&S management system and tools, shaping H&S practices and procedures in collaboration with a dynamic team.

The role is based near our warehouse in Torrejon Madrid.

In this position, you'll

• Conduct safety risk analyses
• Design awareness tools (training materials, signage, guides)
• Organize preventive actions (fire drills, etc.) and propose solutions
• Implement measurement tools and indicators to mitigate risks
• Verify installations and compliance through site visits
• Manage accident response, investigation, and corrective actions
• Respond to regulatory requests and prepare technical and administrative documents
• Draft reports summarizing data and risk scenarios

• Experience in risk assessment and H&S regulations
• Knowledge of auditing activities
• Ability to develop and implement H&S procedures
• Strong facilitation, empathy, adaptability, and listening skills
• Effective communication in Spanish and English
• Willingness to travel internationally
