Information about the position

As a Health & Safety Coordinator, you will design and implement policies related to health and safety at logistics facilities and work to improve employee working conditions. You will ensure compliance with HSE regulations, considering company performance. We seek a proactive, agile candidate to help build a multinational H&S management system and tools in our fast-evolving organization.

This role offers the chance to shape our H&S practices and collaborate with a dynamic team to create and implement effective solutions.

The position is based near one of our warehouses in Torrejon Madrid.

In this position, you'll

• Conduct safety risk analyses (internal and external)
• Design awareness tools such as training materials, signage, and equipment usage guides
• Organize preventive on-site actions like fire drills and propose solutions for issues
• Implement measurement tools and indicators to mitigate risks
• Verify installation compliance through site control visits
• Manage accident responses, investigations, and corrective actions
• Handle requests from regulatory authorities, including technical documentation and administrative filings
• Draft reports summarizing data, impact studies, and risk scenarios

About you

• Experience in risk assessment and H&S regulations
• Knowledge of auditing activities
• Ability to develop and implement H&S procedures
• Strong facilitation, empathy, adaptability, and listening skills
• Effective communication skills in Spanish and English
• Willingness to travel internationally
