Information about the position

As a Health & Safety Coordinator, you will design and implement policies related to health and safety at logistics facilities and improve employee working conditions. You will ensure compliance with HSE regulations while considering organizational performance. We seek a proactive and agile candidate to join our team, contributing to building a multinational H&S management system and tools.

This role offers the opportunity to shape H&S practices and procedures, collaborating with a dynamic team to develop and implement solutions. The position is based near our warehouse in Torrejon Madrid.

Responsibilities

• Conduct internal and external safety risk analyses.
• Design awareness tools such as training materials, equipment usage guides, and signage.
• Organize preventive on-site actions like fire drills and propose solutions for issues.
• Implement measurement tools and indicators to mitigate health and safety risks.
• Verify installations and compliance through site control visits.
• Manage accident response, investigations, and corrective actions.
• Respond to regulatory authorities' requests, including issuing technical documents and submitting administrative files.
• Draft reports summarizing data, studies, impact calculations, and risk scenarios.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in risk assessment and H&S regulations.
• Knowledge of auditing activities.
• Ability to develop and implement clear H&S procedures.
• Strong facilitation, empathy, adaptability, and listening skills.
• Effective communication skills in Spanish and English.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
