About the position

As a Health & Safety Coordinator, you will design and implement company policies related to health and safety at logistics facilities, aiming to improve employee working conditions. You will ensure compliance with HSE regulations, considering company performance. We seek a proactive, agile candidate to join our team, playing a key role in developing a multinational H&S management system and tools.

This role offers the opportunity to shape H&S practices and collaborate with a dynamic team to develop and implement effective solutions.

The position is based near our warehouse in Torrejon Madrid.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conduct safety risk analyses
• Create awareness tools (training materials, signage, equipment guides)
• Organize preventive actions (fire drills, etc.) and propose solutions for issues
• Implement measurement tools and indicators to mitigate risks
• Perform site inspections for compliance
• Manage accident investigations and corrective actions
• Respond to regulatory requests and prepare technical documentation
• Draft reports on risk studies and impact assessments

Candidate profile

• Experience in risk assessment and H&S regulations
• Knowledge of auditing processes
• Ability to develop and implement H&S procedures
• Strong facilitation, empathy, adaptability, and listening skills
• Effective communication skills in Spanish and English
• Willingness to travel internationally
