Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive Health & Safety Coordinator to design and implement policies related to health and safety at our logistics facilities, enhancing employee working conditions. You will ensure compliance with HSE regulations and contribute to building a multinational H&S management system. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape our H&S practices in a dynamic, fast-evolving organization.

The role is based near our warehouse in Torrejon Madrid.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct safety risk analyses and develop awareness tools such as training materials, signage, and equipment guides.
• Organize preventive measures like fire drills and propose solutions for safety issues.
• Implement safety measurement tools and conduct site inspections for compliance.
• Manage accident investigations and corrective actions.
• Respond to regulatory requests, prepare technical documents, and submit administrative reports.
• Draft reports on safety data, impact assessments, and risk scenarios.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in risk assessment and HSE regulations.
• Knowledge of auditing activities.
• Ability to develop and implement clear H&S procedures.
• Strong facilitation, empathy, adaptability, and listening skills.
• Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
