Position Overview

As a Health & Safety Coordinator, you will design and implement policies related to health and safety at logistics facilities, improving employee working conditions. You will ensure compliance with HSE regulations while considering organizational performance. This role offers a unique opportunity to help build a multinational H&S management system and associated tools, contributing to shaping our H&S practices and procedures.

The role is based near our warehouse in Torrejon Madrid.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct safety risk analyses (internal and external)
• Design awareness tools (training materials, signage, equipment guides)
• Organize preventive actions (fire drills, etc.) and propose solutions
• Implement measurement tools and indicators to mitigate risks
• Perform site inspections for compliance
• Manage accident investigations and corrective actions
• Respond to regulatory requests and prepare technical and administrative documents
• Draft reports on risk studies and impact assessments

Candidate Profile

• Experience in risk assessment and H&S regulations
• Knowledge of auditing activities
• Ability to develop and implement H&S procedures
• Strong facilitation, empathy, adaptability, and listening skills
• Effective communication in both Spanish and English
• Willingness to travel internationally
