Information about the position

As a Health & Safety Coordinator, you will design and implement company policies related to health and safety at logistics facilities and work to improve employee working conditions. You will ensure compliance with HSE regulations while considering organizational performance. We seek a proactive and agile candidate to join our team, playing a key role in building a multinational H&S management system and tools in our fast-evolving organization.

This role offers the opportunity to shape our H&S practices and collaborate with a dynamic team to develop and implement effective solutions.

The position is based near one of our warehouses in Torrejon Madrid.

In this position, you'll

• Conduct internal and external safety risk analyses
• Design awareness tools such as training materials, equipment usage guides, and signage to enhance HSE procedures
• Organize preventive actions on-site, including fire drills, and propose solutions for issues
• Implement measurement tools and indicators to mitigate health and safety risks
• Verify installations and compliance through site control visits
• Manage accident response, investigation, and corrective actions
• Respond to regulatory authorities' requests, including issuing technical documents and submitting administrative files
• Draft study reports summarizing data and presenting risk scenarios

• Experience in risk assessment and H&S regulations
• Knowledge of auditing activities
• Ability to develop and implement clear H&S procedures
• Strong training facilitation, empathy, adaptability, and listening skills
• Effective communication skills in Spanish and English
• Availability to travel internationally
