What your responsibilities will be

• Policy monitoring, analysis at EU and national level.
• Develop strategic content: briefings, position paper and actionable recommendations for the company.
• Engage with stakeholders that provide monitoring and input to company primary research.
• Support and coordination on different company initiatives to execute Corporate Affairs Strategies.
• Develop stakeholder maps and develop constructive relationships.
• Represent the company on events and or trade associations if required.
• Support Corporate Affairs function on projects coordination, running meetings, minutes, reports, follow-up activities.
• Act as internal policy contact to Corporate Affairs.

Who you are

• Degree in public policy or administration, health policy, economics, law, or a related research-based discipline.
• 3 years of professional experience with some involvement in public affairs, policy consulting, public institutions, trade associations or regulated sectors.
• Ability to act independently and conduct research in an objective manner.
• Understanding of EU institutions and policy-making processes as well as familiar with EU healthcare systems.
• Desirable some understanding of German policy landscape or healthcare system.
• English working knowledge and desirable German working knowledge.
• Critical thinking, analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex information.
