Set in a working olive grove, Soho Farmhouse Ibiza brings all the things we love about Soho Farmhouse in Oxfordshire to members living and visiting the White Island including bedrooms, an outdoor pool, a holistic wellness experience with a gym, yoga deck and treatment rooms and an organic kitchen garden restaurant and bar.

The Role...

We are seeking an experienced Health Club Manager to join our team. The Health Club Manager is responsible for the efficient management of the Spa Reception and booking system and the Gym activities, ensuring the team consistently provide an exceptional service and spa experience for our members.

Main duties...

  • To develop and incentivise the reception team to ensure that targets are achieved
  • Liaise effectively with Therapists to ensure that the correct level of support, training, incentives and promotional activity is maintained
  • Work with General Manager ensuring the correct budgetary controls and financial planning is in place with regard to achieving budgets
  • Run and manage wellness and gym events, pop ups, and brand partnerships
  • Supporting with Supervisory duties across the wider Health Club when required.
  • Contact and collaboration with independent therapist, personal trainers, yoga, meditation professionals, etc.
  • Supervise the cleaning and maintenance of the Health Club area.
  • Demonstrate our Soho Ways through behaviours at work and encourage team members to do the same

Requirements /Qualifications…

  • At least 3 years of experience in luxury spa and gym management
  • Experience in high standard customer service
  • Strong attention to details
  • Organised and reliable
  • Strong business insight, with expertise in budget management and setting business goals
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to lead, inspire, and develop staff
  • Manage and supervise the procurement of materials
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
