As Channel Partner Manager, you’ll play a vital role in driving commercial success by leading and empowering a global network of distributors. You’ll take ownership of your sales targets, motivate partners, and close deals that matter. Drive revenue growth through distribution partners across multiple regions
Equip partners with the tools, training, and messaging they need to win
Adapt commercial strategies to meet local market needs
Act as the primary liaison between the company and its distribution network
At least 3 years’ experience in a commercial or sales role, preferably with hands-on distributor management
Fluent in English and Spanish; Italian language skills are a big plus
Analytical mindset — able to turn data into strategic actions
Comfortable juggling multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related area
