A global healthcare company in Barcelona seeks a Marketing Support Specialist to assist with product launches, digital marketing updates, and market analysis. Candidates should have a degree in Pharmacy or Health Sciences and a strong interest in marketing. The role also involves providing training and support to various departments. High proficiency in English is required. Immediate start available.
Reporting to the Brand Manager and Shopper Marketing Manager, the main duties assigned to this position would be as follows:
Operational Marketing:
• Operational support for product launches/relaunches (review of final artwork, review of claims for legal and regulatory approval and adaptability to the point of sale).
• Digital/Ecom support: In collaboration with the digital team, managing the updating of product sheets, banners, etc. on the website according to brand news.
• Analysis and monitoring of the market and competition (products, prices, launches, etc.).
• Operational support for updating business reviews.
• Administrative support for the department.
Training:
• Training support: translating international marketing medical packages and leading local technical product training for the various internal networks (sales, medical visits, point-of-sale managers, etc.).
• Participation in pharmaceutical conferences and seminars and preparation of stands/material
Trade Marketing:
• Support for the execution of plans by channel (sell-out promotion, point-of-sale materials, etc.)
• Support for the needs of the sales force (catalogues, sales pitches, etc.)
All tasks in the areas described (Marketing, Training and Shopper) will require the candidate to coordinate between different departments (marketing, sales, demand planning, medical visits, purchasing, etc.).
