Motherson Group in Valencia, Spain is seeking an experienced safety manager to join their Modules and Polymer division. The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring employee safety and compliance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, working closely with a diverse and multicultural team.

Formación

• Experience in safety management or a related field is preferable.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and execute preventive activities for safety.
• Investigate accidents and analyze root causes.
• Train employees on safety protocols and information.
• Coordinate contractor activities to ensure compliance.
• Manage Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Monitor and assess working conditions for safety.
• Handle documentation management and legal compliance.
• Participate in safety committees and trainings.
• Support emergency response procedures.
• Provide ongoing technical support and safety advice.
