Una empresa en España busca un Técnico de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales para asegurar la salud y seguridad en el lugar de trabajo. El candidato ideal debe tener formación en prevención y experiencia en auditorías, además de ser autónomo y tener habilidades de comunicación efectivas. Se valora la certificación ISO 45001 y la experiencia en el sector hospitalario.

Formación

  • Experiencia extensa en Salud y Seguridad, preferiblemente en el sector hospitalario o SPA.
  • Sólidos conocimientos en auditorías de prevención de riesgos laborales.
  • Dominio del manejo de documentación CAE en diferentes plataformas.

  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de normas de salud, seguridad y bienestar.
  • Implementar estrategias de prevención de riesgos y formación específica.
  • Colaborar con servicios de prevención externos y mejorar el cumplimiento normativo.

Descripción del empleo

Ensuring compliance with global standards of health, safety, and well-being for WERFEN companies in Spain and Portugal, where safety and wellbeing are prioritized. Implementing risk management focused on health and psychosocial factors, always placing employee well-being at the forefront. Always complying with legal, regulatory, and occupational prevention requirements of WERFEN, prioritizing support and protection for all workers.

Key Accountabilities

  • Ensure safe workplaces and processes by integrating current regulations into working areas and business operations, providing support to the HS Manager.
  • Implement programs to foster behavioral culture change, Health & Safety and Wellbeing strategies, and corporate guidelines.
  • Maintain an HS management system like ISO 45001, promoting worker health according to Werfen's policies, including planning and conducting internal and legal audits.
  • Provide expert advice on health and safety issues to stakeholders, especially within your specific area of responsibility.
  • Review and implement Werfen's HS policies to ensure compliance with local and Portuguese legislation, providing relevant training and information to employees based on their risk exposure.
  • Measure key issues contributing to desired results, managing performance indicators in health, safety, and wellbeing.
  • Implement risk prevention strategies and specific training plans, ensuring their completion.
  • Investigate injuries and illnesses, evaluate preventive measures, and incident procedures. Monitor and report absenteeism and workplace accidents, propose improvements, and track their implementation.
  • Prepare proposals and conduct cost analyses for corrective actions arising from incidents in health and safety.

Networking/Key relationships

This role requires collaboration with all organizational processes, clients, External Prevention Services (SPA), and mutual insurance providers to establish, maintain, and improve Occupational Health and Safety compliance throughout the organization.

Minimum Knowledge & Experience required for the position:

  • University Degree or Bachelor’s in Prevention and Integral Safety and Security, or upper cycle of Occupational Risk Prevention.
  • ISO 45001 certification.
  • Occupational Risk Prevention Audits and System Course.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Copilot, and GSST (Sabentis) software.
  • Management of CAE documentation across different market platforms.
  • Languages: Spanish, Catalan, and English; Portuguese is a plus.

Extensive experience in Health and Safety, preferably within the hospital or SPA sector, as a Technician in Labour Risk Prevention.
