Una empresa busca un especialista en Salud y Seguridad enfocado en garantizar el cumplimiento de los estándares de salud y bienestar. Las responsabilidades incluyen implementar sistemas de gestión, ofrecer asesoramiento experto, y colaborar con partes interesadas para asegurar la salud ocupacional. Buscamos un candidato con un título universitario en prevención de riesgos, certificación ISO 45001, y experiencia en el sector, preferiblemente hospitalario. El ambiente de trabajo es dinámico, buscando autonomía, excelentes habilidades comunicativas y flexibilidad.

Formación

  • Título universitario o grado en Prevención y Seguridad Integral.
  • Experiencia extensa en Salud y Seguridad, preferiblemente en hospitales o sectores SPA.
  • Conocimiento de auditorías en prevenciones de riesgos.

  • Asegurar entornos laborales seguros y procesos integrando regulaciones actuales.
  • Implementar programas para promover una cultura de salud y seguridad.
  • Realizar auditorías internas y asegurar cumplimiento de políticas específicas.

Descripción del empleo

Ensuring compliance with global standards of health, safety, and well-being for WERFEN companies in Spain and Portugal, where safety and wellbeing are prioritized. Implementing risk management focused on health and psychosocial factors, always placing employee well-being at the forefront. Always complying with legal, regulatory, and occupational prevention requirements of WERFEN, prioritizing support and protection for all workers.

Key Accountabilities
  • Ensure safe workplaces and processes by integrating current regulations into working areas and providing support to the HS Manager.
  • Implement programs to promote behavioural culture change, Health & Safety and Wellbeing strategies, and corporate guidelines.
  • Implement and maintain an HS management system such as ISO 45001. Promote worker health according to Werfen's policies, conducting internal and legal audits.
  • Provide expert advice on health and safety issues to stakeholders, especially within your area of responsibility.
  • Review and implement Werfen's HS policies to ensure compliance with local and Portuguese legislation, providing relevant training and information based on risk exposure.
  • Measure key issues contributing to achieving results by managing performance indicators in health, safety, and wellbeing.
  • Implement risk prevention strategies and specific training plans, ensuring their completion.
  • Investigate injury and illness cases, evaluate preventive measures, and incident procedures. Monitor and report on absenteeism and workplace accidents, proposing improvements and tracking their implementation.
  • Prepare proposals and conduct cost analyses for corrective actions following incidents in health and safety.
Networking/Key relationships

This role requires collaboration with all organizational stakeholders and external Prevention Services (SPA) and mutual insurance providers to ensure occupational health and safety compliance across the organization.

Minimum Knowledge & Experience
  • University Degree or Bachelor's in Prevention and Integral Safety and Security, or upper cycle of Occupational Risk Prevention.
  • ISO 45001 certification.
  • Courses in Occupational Risk Prevention Audits and Systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Copilot, and GSST (Sabentis) software.
  • Management of CAE documentation across different platforms.
  • Languages: Spanish, Catalan, English; Portuguese is a plus.

Extensive experience in Health and Safety, especially valued within hospital or SPA sectors as a Technician in Labour Risk Prevention.
