Formación

  • Minimum five years of relevant experience.

Descripción del empleo

  • Actively support the Corporate AMDS H&S Department by coordinating a Health & Safety team to address daily business challenges, providing domain expertise for projects and support.
  • Manage project execution to ensure deliverables meet or exceed AMDS requirements and expectations. Structure project activities according to scope and objectives. Proactively identify risks and issues, explore alternatives, and pursue optimal actions to minimize adverse impacts and ensure project success.
  • Collaborate with H&S experts as process owners for project management, including standardizing processes across AMDS, project review, planning, KPI reporting, and sharing best practices and lessons learned.
  • Support the design and delivery of training, workshops, coaching sessions, and internal audits as needed by AMDS.
  • Perform any other activities as required by management to improve Health and Safety strategies, goals, and expectations.

Profile :

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, physics, chemistry, or related fields.
  • A Master's degree in Health & Safety from a leading institution is a significant asset.
  • Experience in health and safety coaching, operational risk management, or audits is advantageous.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact across all levels of AMDS.
  • Results-oriented with a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Experience in operational excellence or operational risk management in an industrial environment is a plus.
  • Proficiency in IT tools.
  • Ability to motivate behavioral change.
  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Experience working within diverse and remote teams.
  • Fluent in English; additional EU languages such as French, Spanish, or German are a plus.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience.
  • Previous health and safety experience is advantageous.

Team :

  • Reporting directly to the Head of Health and Safety.
  • Part of a team of approximately 15 members located across Europe.
  • Location options include Luxembourg, France, Germany, or Spain.
